My name is Alayna Stroud Duarte. I’m a dancer, aerialist, fitness instructor, & movement coach who has lived through injuries, aging, burnout, & the quiet grief of not moving the way I once did. What I’ve learned is this: your body isn’t broken—it’s communicating. I've spent the last 20+ years teaching women how to listen through movement that builds trust instead of pressure.
